About me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern under the Supervision of Dr. Shirley Mumphord, LPC-S. I am passionate about helping individuals heal and repairing families.

I offer virtual sessions for individuals, couples, and families. In-person sessions may also be available when requested.

Life is full of ups and downs. At times, the challenges we face can make life difficult and things begin to feel unmanageable. Maybe you are a parent struggling without a village while healing your own attachment wounds and ending generational trauma. Perhaps your family is struggling to thrive under the everyday pressures of life. Where ever you are in your journey with yourself, your spouse, or your family, I am here to support you. My approach is person-centered and compassionate. I can offer you unconditional positive regard, empathy, and support as you navigate the hills and valleys of your life.
